Be Relaxed

To ensure the quality of service and a relaxing experience, mobile phones should be switched off or silenced once you are in the waiting area.

Arrive Early

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment – this will give you time to experience an Aveda Comforting Tea and fill out your consultation forms.

Escape The World

Sanctuary Salon & Spa is a place to relax and focus on your needs. We please ask that only those having treatments be in the spa section… thank you for your understanding.

Heat Treatments?

Drink plenty of water before heat treatments such as the Himalayan Rejuvenation or the Hot Stone Massage.

Medical Conditions

Please notify us when booking if you are having treatment for a medical condition, or have recently undergone surgery.

Cancellations

A word about cancellations – we would appreciate 24 hours notice prior to your appointment, or a fee of 10% of the service will be deducted from your credit card.

Parking

Parking in the immediate vicinity is only 1 hour, but there is a choice of 1 to 3 hour or all day parking spots available within easy walking distance.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Eftpos.

Late Arrivals

If you do arrive late, you will limit your treatment time – this will lessen its effectiveness and limit your experience. Your treatment must finish on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
